Replacing xbox dvd drive lens...

im replacing my lens.. ive read that i could just swap the lens with the same exact type of lens.. is there anything that i am not aware of?

Not really. Umm...don't mess up? kidding. Should be pretty straight forward, but don't attempt this if you've never done anything like it before. Be wary of your connectors and that they go back in the same way they came out.

yeah ive messed around with them alot... but no firmware updates or anyhting crazy like that
