Time Warner Cable has announced the launch of free Wi-Fi for New York City subscribers.

Well it is a "free" add-on/option for those who already pay for internet through the service provider(s). Better than double charging them at least right? Typical marketing hog wash Quest does the same crap where I live for switching to them over Mediacom/Comcast like I can't have free WiFi with my own router, but people buy into this garbage or else they wouldn't continue to use those tactics.
