swapping uncorrupted hdd from banned to stock xbox?

just a quick question i have uncrippled my banned xbox and uncorrupted my hdd.
i am now able to go back and forth with my hdd using my banned xbox for backed up games and my new xbox for legit games with no corruption of my profile. keeping all of my acheivments and saves from my banned console.
i have installed some backed up games on my hard drive aswell.
these games are all ssv2 and splitvid is good.
my question is does anyone reckon the backed up installed games,achievments and saves would be detectable by m$ on my legit xbox?
i cant see how it would be as i am only changing my hard drive over from xbox to xbox but who knows.
any input would be great

You would have to reinstall the game anyways because the 360 can detect that it was installed on a different console. As for the games saves, it is hard to tell. After the ban wave in November of 2009, Stephen Toulouse (Director of Policy and Enforcement for Xbox LIVE) confirmed you could re-use your hard drive from a banned console to a non-banned console. Whether or not the games saves are "tainted", is yet to be determined.
