NO CHANNELS AT ALL - HELP PLEASE

Hello all,
I have a Dreambox DM500c & a EuroVox and since yesterday morning (Tuesday 30th) they are not working. ALL CHANNELS are blank.
Have tried a re-boot and a on/off, cables checked and since nothing.
PLEASE HELP! I want to watch the Barca match tonight aswell!!

Where are you? Try factory reset and rescan.

Birmingham mate. Havent tried a re-scan but re-booted it re-enetered the October code in DB as it had messed up.

They changed frequencies for channels in Brum, so as I said do a factory reset and rescan and they will be back.

Yes, Menu then config then clear data (as far as I remember!). Then when you go scan you need to make sure you set your symbol rate to 6952, step set to 8, start at 100.00mhz stop at 850.00 and you should be fine.

Sorry bud, one is a Starview 1 and the other is a Dreambox DM500c. Sorry for the confusion.

Okay. Starview is Menu, System setup then factory default then ok, password is 0000 (unless you've changed it)then press ok. Dreambox as far as I know you might just be able to rescan.

hiya i also have a dreambox dm500 c and tried rescanning and i'm all confused,, tried all the different 1's 2 scan it with and i get bout 10 of every channel and onli on some does 1 actually work,, xx

After the update i seem to have lost movies action and a few others . anyone had the same problem in Birmingham area

As I have said on this thread they have moved channel frequencies all over the shop in Birmingham. Do a factory reset and rescan and you'll have your channels back.

I have St*rvi*w 4 and am in Birmingham ,have done a factory reset and rescan (and turned key code on )but still dont have many channels , any advice please

remove any splitters if your using one, connect the cable direct to the box, reset and scan again and keep doing it (reset and re-scan) till they come back, thats the only to get them back, its been covered already in this thread. There is no other fix or way to get them back,

I have managed to get my Starview 1 back on and running, struggling with the Dreambo 500c though. have factory reset it and scanned but it wont let me enter the new keys...I have gone to VAR/KEYS/KEYLIST.txt and its blank and wont let me enter any.....please advise! Thanks
