Might take a few scans to get it all going again mate.
And don't forget to do the scan while main cable is going straight into box, no splitters!

Thanks for all you help with sorting this out. The dreambox is now as good as can be although some channels keep freezing.
The bigger problem is the Starview 1 box, which will not pick up Sky Sports 1 or Skysports 3...........can you help with this?
I have done scan after scan after scan.

Huh? if you have a dreambox cable version, this will go off, there is no fix for it, when cards are being sent out in your area, within a 2 weeks you will start losing chans and they wont be back

if you are in a virgin media area, with your cable supplied by virgin media, your box will go off, simple as, regardless if its a dreambox cable, SV etc, you asked the question, thats the answer,
The cards in question are for the Virgin media boxs, not a dreambox or anything else

And its on digital worldz what are they going to do they cant fix Nagra 3 either so when your change over happens your box along with thousands more will be defunked and only fit for the recycle bin
End of days for all dodgy boxes as we know them C/S is the only way now and that includes cable as well
