so i went from 4.xx something to 5.50 gen 3 and then i tried to use this Cheat-up to install cwcheats, (i also tried to install manually ) and when I go into this new looking (green) recovery menu nothing shows up under plug ins,,,

Did you add a line in your game.txt to add cwcheat.prx

When you install new plugins, like CWCheat or any other plugin you have to add it to your game.txt or vsh.txt depending on where you plan to use the plugin. If you plan to use it in the XMB it goes into vsh.txt. CwCheat will need to be added to your game.txt file. Plug your PSP into your pc. Navigate to the seplugins folder. double click on game.txt, if it doesn't exist create it. It should go like this if cwcheat.prx is inside the seplugins folder.
MS0:/seplugins/cwcheat.prx
reboot your psp and go into recovery menu and activate the plugin.
