I just bought a USB SPI JTAG Utility Bundle From Dyigadget. I have been going by this Tutorial http://www.tiaowiki.com/w/How_to_JTAG_XB...B_SPI_Interface I have read [/code]the nand from the board with CMD what all do i do next once finished I also have Soldered the SMC-JTAG connection. It says to run a program called 360 flash tools and flashing the xell-image where can i get Zephyr_hack.bin at? Once i find my revision how would i enter that in cmd

The Zephyr is a 16MB NAND so just use Nandpro 2.0 to dump the NAND. From there extract your KV and Config and inject that into XBR3 for Zephyr. Zephyr's are a hit and miss though. You might run into issue with using XBR3 for Zephyr. If that is the case, inject your KV and Config into XBR3 for Falcon and flash that.
