Just shut my box off at rear with the on off button and it wont power up now.
checked with meter and the box has power to it ? what to do next.
i dont want to fork out on a new box only to find its no use in a few months so what is the best way to go EG what box to look at or repair this box any ideas please

contact the person / company you bought it from as this box is only approx 4 months old, so its under warranty, why would you start messing about with it or opening it while its under warranty is beyond me and if its under warranty your entitled to a repair or replacement, just of note, ask for a lan one as a replacement and pay the extra few quid for it.

what about the software ? i thought the warranty was void if you put the software on it ?
