was wonder would no video but all audio be the cause of not putting the thermal pads on?
worked then i think it got hot, cause if it cools it will have video..

Why would you put thermal paste on the memmory chips? No video is a GPU issue and will require reflow to fix. Use Wooly's heatgun method or get a reflow.

he didnt say anything about putting thermal paste on the memory chips. and is a valid question since some consoles do have thermal pads on the memory chips. but no, that wouldnt cause that. a reflow of the ANA chip is needed more than likely.
