how do i update using a cd?
my console is not banned but my ethernet adapter is broken so i have to do it via cd.

i would like to know this aswell when i download the last update from the microsoft website 80mb in size i put this on a usb stick and it updated when i turned the console on but when i downloaded the latest update from here 7.5mb in size it just doesn't boot,,my console is banned
