I'm not a fan of most Apple products, especially Steve Jobs and the iPad/iPhone/Macs, but isn't this just a little extreme? Maybe their "frequency band" isn't that great then. Fix it, instead of banning electronics. They would have much less chances of "chaos" if the fixed the main problem directly instead of creating another one.

Fix it? Re-structure their entire frequency spectrum just so d-bag Americans can use their stuff there???

I agree with you, even though I am an American and NOT a "d-bag." Thanks.

im sorry but that comment simply warrants a "shut your mouth"
this is no place to start talking about this feud, terrorism and politics.
on a different note, im proud of my country and i laughed so hard when i read this article on Haaretz. despite the obvious reason of the device interfering with wifi frequency, the real sacred rule israelis have is to never come across as "suckers" (the word is *fryer if you ever visit) and i think the goverment is just protecting the fools here from purchasing an overhyped product because of poor judgement on their behalf :)
