are all the rest still working?

Have you tried a reset and scan?

yes tried a rescan no joy have s;y spt 2 and most others but as i said movies and sports gone

Same here. Some sports, some movies, nat geo disc science among others gone for several hours now!

Well if its not clearing chans its a prob perhaps from the SVR end and if you have re-scanned and not back, I would leave it to see if they come back in the meantime

Rescanned then flashed with the new v1.04 firmware which doesn't work at all!!
Put the original grooverider v1.01 back on reflashed and set up evrything as before but still missing channels!

like I said it sounds like a Svr issue, I would give it some time in case its not functioning properly and needs to be looked at
