I am only able to backup certain games using Xbox Backup Creator v2.9. The backup completes without error, but when I go to play it in my XBox all I get is the XBox logo.Im using verbatim DVD+R DL disc if that helps? I've looked through the threads, but I think I need more specific help.

I hate to sound like a cheap ass, but I'm sick of wasting disc. I've been saving the all the failed backups in hopes of being able to reformat the disc to use them again, but that doesn't sound to promising. The disc says rw on them, but I read there's no burner that can reformat them... Is this true?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Is your 360 Flashed ? If it's flashed what CF is it flashed with ? Sounds like you need to update your 360 to the latest iX
