When I turn my 360 on I can hear the the system turn on but my screen stays black i already try fixing it by replaceing my cable to the TV

the solder gets brittle from the hot/cold cycles and breaks because of the flexing caused by the x-clamp. Try removing the x-clamp and reflowing with a heatgun as in my sig. I've fixed no video error 360s before using this method.
