Is there a way to load a games update, without having to get on xbox live, i just don't want to get banned is my main thing

What, do you have a jtag'd system or something? If so, you can get the title updates for games, and put them in the Cache folder on your system.

Well you can probably connect the drive to your PC and use a program like xplorer360 to browse the drive, and then put the updates on the drive.
