It looks like Apple has paid off the cops to harass the man who gave us all those shots of the new iPhone...they raided his house and took everything digital, and even some print media. I wish I could say that I was suprised by the actions of Apple, or of the police...but I am not.

Yes I read the same thing few hrs ago:

I hope Gizmodo sue them.

'Cos I think before Gizmodo release the news a week ago, I am almost certain that they hire a lawyer to ask about what they can legally post on the Blog. 'cos the Blog was full of details just in case something like this happen.
He return the phone, so is not laws broken.

He (Jason Chen) is a Journalist and he is protected by California State Laws and Maybe by Federal Laws too.
