Hulu has shelved plans to expand the streaming service to the UK, citing failed negotiations with British broadcasters. if hulu came to britain I wouldn't be using it to watch UK content, the catch up services "with the exception of 5" are very good.

the only reason I want hulu is for it's US content

I think it is too bad, I would love to get more BBC programs to view other than BBC America. Heaven forbid that HuLu would be able to support their service by advertising, who would do such a thing? :o)
