hi i have the starview 3,i lost a few channels and i decided to do a factory reset it worked and after a week or so i lost a few more so i done a reset again ,but now when i try rescaning it fails to find any channels.
can any1 help me with this. my other boxes work fine so its not a connection .
help plz

yes mate ive tried it all im baffled my other box is working fine
