Hi, my son plays his games from a 500g hard drive... the wii memory says it is full when he wants to play some new games, so he can not do any saves... is there any way around this? could the saves be saved onto the hard drive somehow?
thanks

Wii Game Saves can be saved to a sd card & moved to a computer for storage, but other than that, you'll have to free up space on the wii's memory & transfer save data to and fro if you want to play that particular game.

annoying have a 4gb sd card in slot and don't copy to sd card move it will delete the save from wii and put on card freeing memory, some games don't have move option so you can't do it. move back when you want to play game.

I am having a hard time with my Lexar SDHC 4GB Gaming card as well. Says wii memory is full then when i go to save it to the card which is made for the wii it says there is nothing in the slot. Yet i can use all my bootmii, preloader, and usb loader images and game setting saves with it. I can even see all the game saves when i go to data settings. George is getting angry!

Some games don't have the option, however if you have priiloader you can enable a hack to free all game saves to be moveable
