Games on Hard Drive??? Help! (Can't make Google Research)

Yeah, since I found out that there was a feature that makes you install Xbox 360 games to your hard drive, I got bothered and then the question is... What is the format of the installed game? But at first, I thought it was in ISO Format, but when I kept researching, nothing seems to give me an answer. Yeah, I know, got an Xbox 360...
If I download a ISO game (Torrent method), what will I do? Burn-and-put-and-install? Put-ISO-directly-to-hard drive? Do I still need a program/software or hack to do it or something?
(Playing Splinter Cell: Conviction while posting thread (Quick Review of Game: Awesome game story, has some stealth but requires a lot of silenced (and/ or unsilenced) gunfire, story is crazy and interesting. Rating 9/10) (Oh, and don't reply on my Quick Review of Game, only the problem)

well jackass, he said can't google research in the title, but since you seem to only want to nazi these forums and flame for a dumb sig, ill try to help.
you can install games to hdd from a disc (burned or legit) but you still need to put the disc in the console to play. it simply doesnt spin the disc thus putting less wear on you optical drive.
If you have a jtagged xbox you can play them right from your harddrive without inserting the disc for authentication and play directly from hd, but again, you need a j-tag xbox which is hard to find or do yourself.
You can burn the iso to a dl dvd then install to your harddrive but you will still need to put the game in every time with a stock console.

he cant google search because he to lazy. there is nothing stopping anyone with the internet to google search. also, there are more search engines than google to use if by some chance he really cant make google work.

Thanks, man... Yeah, Jtag? I have heard those things but don't know what they mean...
My Xbox was actually softmodded, I don't know about this softmodded, anyway, they told me a very important advice, DO NOT update the Xbox ONLINE, Ok, if you update it from a disk, but not online. So, is Jtag softmod or something? or I don't know...

ya jtag is basically an exploit to bypass authentication for games and dlc, you can pretty much change anything (softwear) on the colsole (gamerscore, avatars, gamertag ect) and you wouldnt need to put a disc in you box everytime to play you can just launch from harddrive.
"This console has been banned from Xbox LIVE for violating terms of service, Yada yada yada..."

Does this get you banned from Xbox Live? Is there any modification that lets you not get banned by Xbox Live? Is there something that lets you get "unbanned" from Xbox Live?
