Hi I was wondering if someone could help me!?..
Some channels were missing from my box, so i decided to do a factory reset. after the reset, i try to scan channels and get nothing. If switches to manual scan after scanning and finding nothing. The box was workign fine earlier, before my bright idea to reset and scan.
I haev updated to version 1.2 - My cables are all connected as they were. Its as if the receiver cable is disconnected, although I know its working - I moved the box to other points in the house and same result?!.. Any ideas that I could try to fix this?.. My daughter will do her nut!..lol
did you try reseting the box and then autoscanning on your provider, remove any splitters and connect the cable to the box where it comes in to the house, which will be the strongest point
Yeah I have tried this, I have done this MANY times on lots of boxes, usually works first time around.. I also tried taking the box to a friends house last night, and got the same result!?..

same thing happenend to me aswell mate,scan chorus instead of ntl,and if that dosent work manual scan 387.000 it should pick up about 12 chanels,go back into manual scan and do that again and it should pick up the rest of the channels!
