Nintendo president Satoru Iwata has said this weekend that anti-piracy measures will be increased substantially for the upcoming 3DS handheld, with the company hoping to stop the widespread software piracy that has plagued the DS and DSi.
The console, which is set for launch at the E3 event next month, will include "3D" displays without the need for special glasses.

Well he could've easily gave an unrealistic number like the RIAA and say you have to be connected to wifi 100% of the time just to play the game like Ubi did. At least he is being modest about it.

Also $40 for those games is far too much for games like that on PC you pay $10 or $15.

i for 1 like zelda, mario, mariokart, and pokemon games.what the ds needs is better gfx like and sound like the psp, compare the burnout raceing games on each system, and the psp wins, the ds has hard-ly any music with that game, which i know they could have added it.but still i liked the ds due to the gb, and gbc, gba support.

They can do whatever they want as long as it isn't intrusive to the paying customer. It won't be for pirates either way, as the likes of EA and Ubi have proven again and again.

Sheeya, nice one buddy. Doesn't matter if you give the 3DS the most advanced security device, someone somewhere will crack it. It has happened it the past, and it will happen again. It's just a question of when.

its just bad port, sine many other ds games has music, and so on.
And who cares about gfx' anyways? music>gameplay>>>>>>>gfx
