Trouble connecting ms25 with esata to sata

Hello, I am attempting to flash my stock Samsumg ms25 drive with an esata to sata cable because my laptop has an esata port. I have the drive connected and the 360 powere but jungleflasher wont detect the drive in the MTK flash 32 tab. I am running a gateway 6860fx with windows 7 Intel Core 2 duo T5550 @ 1.83ghz I have heard some people suggest that this flash might be impossible if you have the wrong chipset and I am totally unsure of how to check if my chipset is compatible or how to connect my drive and have it show up in JF. I am using my 360 as a power source since I dont have a compatibility kit. Any and all help will be much appreciated.

i have tried this 2,your chop set has to be compatible,only way to go is buy the bus card and adapter for it,thats what i did
