This evening I have lost all the premium channels(sports,movies etc)A rescan has only got me the freeview channels back and when you go on a premium channel the data update box doesn't come up. I have pressed 1570 and turned emu on and I have tried scanning on all other providers. Any one know if I can get any back or is that it. I didnt think they would have went yet as I haven't been sent a new genuine card or box yet. Please help I want to watch Cardiff in the play offs later :(

return to factory default. run channel search again all channels will come up and put the key gen on in the secret menu. all my channels came back and i live in Cardiff and had the same problem last nite.

ive done that and all the channels come up but when you go on sky sports its just a black screen and wont update and i have turned emu on.

Just on a side note, go into your menu - 1570 and go to nagravision - press defualt key and exit all the way back out and see if that kicks in,

Ive tried that mate and nobody around here has had new cards yet. Do you think flashing back to an older firmware might make it kick in. Im on 1.07 at the moment on SV4.
you could try the 1.12, but if you aint got cards yet, my guess is this is the start of chans moving about in prep for N3, this is usually followed by cards and then approx 2 to 3 weeks you chans go,
Give the 1.12 a shot and try scanning without a splitter on the line and try the above again, make sure you have the cable direct to the box where the cable comes in, this insures a strong signal for scanning

I updated to v1.12 and ive got all the channels back for now so hopefully I can watch the footie thanks for all your help guys.
