PSN account deactivation question

So apparently I have my PSN account active on 5 different PS3's. Does asking one of my friend to de-activate my account on their machine free up my PSN account so I can use it on another machine?

Yes, deactivating one system will allow you to use another one...and you can deactive the system yourself.

Myself? Like going to my friends house and physically de-activating it on the PS3 or is there another way?
