AndroidPolice has posted a full report on the performance of the Google Nexus One running the upcoming Android 2.2, which has yet to be released to the public but has been tested by a developer from the site, Ian Douglas. Wow...looks great; even faster than 2.0.1!

That is a relief...I was afraid that Android might start to go down the tubes (based on the terrible performance of 2.1).
