PPV Channels misssing

Hi I am in Teeside pur NTL and the PPV channels have gone off, last night westlife concert was showing in EPG put screen black.
Have Eurovox 1100 and Starview boxes, done factory reset and rescanned for channels but the same, any help please, N3 not rolled out yet, although new cards being delivered
