Hello everyone, thanks for everyone's valued input on this site. It's answered hundreds of questions. But, I've spent the last two days trying to find my answer to a question with no luck. Has anyone using the IDE to USB cable had any issues finding the device on their PC? I just purchased an Samsung SH-D162D and when plugging the device into my PC it does not register. I took the IDE cable into Best Buy to run a test and they stated there was nothing wrong with the cable. My OS is windows 7 64bit. Thanks for any advice.

You know that you shouldnt be using Kreon drives to rip games anymore due to the SSv2 issue right?

Also, you might wanna post how you fixed incase anyone else has the same problem.

Well, if you stealth patch your backups and inserting the SSv2 through Abgx360 then you should be fine using the Kreon drive, right?

And also you are right miketrev, for anyone having difficulties with the IDE/SATA to USB 2.0 adapter you need to follow these steps.

1. Make sure your computer is turned off along with the driver.
2. Connect the IDE/USB connector and power source.
3. Turn on your computer and drivers at the same time.
4. The lights on the driver should come on to let you know its running properly.
