Error when installing my PCMCIA to SATA card

I am getting an error when installing my PCMCIA to SATA card, which is:

"Sorry, the install wizard can't find the supported hardware in your system. Yoy should check your hardware and try again. Please press OK to terminate the install wizard"

The card is plugged in, the xbox360 is on and the SATA cord is plugged in.

Here is the card I am using:

Have you tried installing the card first and then plugging in the xbox?

I can't even install the card, there are more than one setup.exe files and I don't want to just click every one of them because they probably aren't for the card but rather components of the card
