I sent it to a guy and this is what he said
I spent to all of the evening trying to get your board to read, and the most I can get out of it is status 7F meaning the chip is not even stating. I suspect the chipset has blown and therefore is not recoverable. I removed the LT switch and manually cabled and still no change.

What was the original issue? Or did you send this away to get the LT Switch installed?

I tried to install the switch myself and when i went to power on xbox i got no power to the switch tried again and nothing so i sent it off to hopfully to get it repaired butgot told it couldnt be fixed
Well if the LiteOn can't be recovered, you have an issue. If the firmware was never dumped off the drive, you don't have the key. The only other option to get the DVDkey would be to JTAG the console. Do you happen to know what dashboard the console has? Example: 2.0.xxxx.0

no
Well you will need to get that figured out. If the dash is 2.0.7371.0 or lower you can recover the DVDkey. If not, you'll have a XBOX 360DVD player.
Being that you had a 93450C LiteOn, I'm guessing the dash is above the 7371.
