say i were to play isos on an offline modded 360 using my 1 hdd, then i put the hdd in the other 360 to play on live, would this ban/flag my unbanned console? and how about if i were playing games not before release date, and took the stealthpatch measures?

No bannings for me and I ran COD6 with ssv1 on my offline box. I am now playing that box online and have not been banned and am now using ssv2 COD6.
P.S. I also received a system update with no problems. Just pay attention to what you are doing and what is doing what and whatnot...lol
