Hi there, had the same issue with loss of sound. Instead of leaving well enough alone i somehow managed to delete the factor settings and delete all the channels. Rescan finds nothing. i will try to contact the guy i got it from as he may be able to help. i would appreciate if any of your guys could point me in the right direction. i am on MMDS with a digivox T v03-3000T boot version 1. I assume i need to reload software or the like. Apologies if i am out of line or have broken some rules, but i'm not too technical in these matters. from reading the above posts i don't even kmow how to delete channels. I never thought i'd miss westlife so much.........

When deleting channels 1 by 1 make sure you delete any doubles of these
channels you may have from previous scans.Take note of which frequency
they are on,it will be either 234,000mhz or 218,000 depending on which area
you are in.Do a manual scan on that frequency and you should find them at
end of your channel list.Depending on signal strenght you might have to
rename them.

niar leaving it will make no difference still wont come back click on factory settings and delete all channels simple as that then install again turn key emu on if its the box-t or digivox t press menu type 1570 if its box-t 1004 for digivox not 100% sure on digivox one (the emu is always on with the eurovox)always rescan without split cables to avoid loss of channel id (example instead of rte1 you would get something like tv 4025)

Hi Jack,

So let me get this straight
1. delete channels (i should be able to do this again)
2. for my digivox t, press menu
3. when the menu (installation, set up etc) appears then type 1570
4. turn on the emu
5. Rescan without split cable
6. Bobs your uncle.

Thanks for the guidance, i'll try it again this evening.

Do a full factory reset turn the box off then back on then do a new scan that will sort your problem out for you make sure when you are scanning you are not on a splitter on your cable

Dont forget to turn your emu back on MENU>SYSTEM INFO> OK >press 1004 on key pad job sorted

yes its N3, they have started to move the chans now on MMDS, cards reported as being del in a lot of areas, so the countdown begins, once movies etc go, then your looking at 2 weeks approx and then total switch off
