hi guys, just having a terrible time with a particular company in england,i purchased 2x85mbs hot plugs on may 1st but still havent received them,this company will not answer their phone or return emails its now in the hands of paypal since i have opened a case against them i am about 50 euros down but even worse i have been waiting and waiting and no response,i suppose for legal reasons i am not goin to mention them on here but if anybody is thinking of buying you can send me a pm and i can name and shame these gangsters...

send me a pm if u have chance or go one better name them, same way people who got a bad service from box sellers got named, if someone gives a good service we always try to mention the good, so mention the bad, if you have got shitty service, nothing wrong by mentioning it

Jack dont worry m8 if they dont answer paypal you will get your money back from them just make sure you keep all your email's to them so you can show that you have tried to resolve this also if the stuff is coming from hong kong it can take up to 25 days for them to come you wont be out of pocket fear not ;)

now that ive mentioned a bad one here is a great one hm-sat.de if youre lookin for a sat dish 158 euros delivered to my door for a 90cm dish with 4 lnbs all within 3 days now thats how you do business what pees me off about the faculty x is when i phone i get a out of hours line and this could be 11 in the morning and when i try to track my order online the page just seems to disappear anyway enough moaning for one day cheers guys

well if it is hong kong and ringing them at 11am it would be around 6pm there!
and yeh it took me 32 days to get a package from there aswell

no it was'nt the same company, though who i dealt with was based in the uk aswell
but when the package finally arived sender was from 'hong kong'
and again i bought something from flea bay on the 5th of this month (again uk based) and still waiting
but as e45 said above you will either get your package or money back with paypal :)

We have checked this order as follows:
non UK customer purchased UK 3 pin product with UK shipping option but wanted shipping in Europe. The parcel as far as we can tell got stuck at customs as it was not marked correctly for EU shipment., this was never returned.
As soon as we were made aware by paypal that the goods had not arrived we refunded instantly.
There are very very other EU counties that use 3pin plugs so it was though better to not offer these within the EU hence only UK shipping options available. The phone system is not setup to allow EU calls for the same reason, we did not have a need to pay the extra for a service that would not be applicable on the phone service contract.
As a side note the shipping system has been updated as soon as the happened to make this even clearer on UK posting.
We are sorry jackoooh for the delay and resolved quickly when notifed via paypal who did not need to intervene past first contact.
