got a backup and during the game it seems like the voice overs are not in sync with each other like one will start late then the two will be talking over each other this is the second game this has happened to me on all other backups play fine just wondering if anyone has heard of this or knows of a solution

Try installing the game to the HDD. If the problem persists then you will have to do a re-burn.
