I want to download the latest updates Pkg 1 and 2 from Nero site.
1. Do I remove my earlier version from my computer first

I have downloaded and istalled all updates without manually removing previous version. Everything is working fine.I like Recordo2 for speed, good control and acceptable quality for backup.

I usually uninstall and reinstall but you can do an update with out doing the uninstall

My present copy of Nero 6.0 Ultra does not have the Help files in it.

If I download the updates over it will the new ones have the Help files?

I have checked my Nero 6.0 ultr, even after downloading updates, help file will not be active

weird my Nero demo expired months ago and now i have another 30 day trial just after i installed the update.

I have activated help file. It was described in starter guide with Nero Ulta 6. Just go to following
Nero.com/en/index.html#download" class="korostus" target="_blank">http://www.Nero.com/en/index.html#download
and from dowloads, choose language packages-english/or any language of your choice and download help files for Nero burning, Nero vision and Nero mix.
After that when ever you will start any of these, help will be there.You will have help files at start of any particular progrm like Nero burning, not a particular project like Disk copy.
Also www.Nero.com, you can view/print "step by step" PDF manuals
