Xbox 360 Project Natal to cost $150?

article published on 26 May, 2010

Well instead of judging it solely based on price, how about we wait for it to actually be released. Then you can bitch about it all you want.

How would bitching about it then make any difference?

The price is released, how can we wait for something that has already happened?

The price is still "rumored". My issue is why have we ONLY seen the "swat big red balls" games over and over and over and over...not looking good if that is the only type of game play you can have with an estimated price of $50 less than an Arcade model.

We have also seen painting and that not-really-a-game-and-really-creepy-interactive-kid-simulator thing

LOL.

We also saw the "driving wheel" that is complete with shifter, but there is no wheel or shifter; you just have to hold your arms in the right spot, and grab for something that you can neither feel nor see...it is like that terrible WiiWiiWheel...only with even less feedback & stability.

The only game I can think of that this would be good for is a harry potter game. Kids could wave their magic wands around to control things on the screen...anything else would seem to be made less realistic by the loss of force feedback.
