Hi can you tell me if virgin have changed their codes today in London area, and if so where will the new codes be posted?

Yes this morning I tested mine and nothing was working. Not even the FTA. Just closed it and left for work

Yep I think this is it for us. I couldn't even get bbc one this morning :(

you should have your fta channels
try and delete your channels and scan them back in
you may get lucky

if you can delete the channels manually it would probably be better
but if not try a factory reset and scan
also have a read about the starview combo, starview.6 and both of the kryptviews threads

Hi do I do a factory rescan?
I just done a full rescan and all the channels are working..plus some new regional ones 271 channels.Also Sky are purchasing all the VM owned channels within two weeks

Overnight.... NONE of my channels will work. First attempted re-scan set the box to 0000 and it went black and froze. Now it will do a manual scan but doesn't pick up a single channels

Forgot to add the sub box was also switching off and on with no signal displayed

cos if its gone in your area you should still get the channels bt not allowed to view them

After a Full scan the channels came back. But some new ones and some old ones have gone.
