Question on booktyping/bitsetting.

Would the latest ixtreme versions run discs that haven't been booktyped to DVD+R DL?

Another q..would older 360 hitachi/samsung drives from xenons recognize the disc if you don't booktype it to DVD-ROM?..

And finally..would newer drives from falcons and jaspers recognize the disc even if it was booktyped to DVD+R DL?

Sorry if I sound noobish..
It kinda stresses me out because I forgot to bitset some of the newer games that I burned.
I'm afraid they won't work on my older xenons if I get them fixed and I'm also afraid that newer ixtremes (like LT or 1.7) won't run the disc because it wasn't booktyped to DVD-ROM..

My 360 is already banned by the way.. I'm on ixtreme 1.6 ..

I have never had to manually set the booktype on any of my burns, they work on all my xboxs spanning from the old xtreme firmware up to LT1.1

Just get any Pioneer DL burner. They automatically bitset to DVD ROM.
