my ps3 works fine except to play bluray and video games. i cleaned the lens and to no avail.any ideas?

probably the laser dying, you could try safe mode options 3 + 4, then retry playing your games

Just to be sure, i would try playing a PSN game that does not need a disk (if you don't have any, download a free demo).
