I've tried every solution on the net.Set it on 1.50 kennel, no UMD required
even compressed to cso format still I still get this 'The game could not be started.
error code(80020148)". Even tried with a new game like formula one 2009 still both PES 2010 and F1 2009
doesn't work on my 5.00 M33-3 fat psp. Other old games like Sid Meiers seem to work perfectly fine but
these 2 new games dont. I thought I had my psp up to date any solution please I've tried searching
every where still I get this error code.

Try to patch them with prometheus v 0.3

google for it

I updated to 5.50 GEN-D3 and i can say it work's perfect
but it's on u,i remember the times where all ppl wanna stay on OE firmwares and hate`s the M33 project(some1 wrote a russian h@cker was behind that)and now i dunno any1 who stay`s on OE
