Microsoft has information on my bank account name etc. from online purchasing. If I play backups and get caught, will they knock down my door?

Any stories like this?

never heard of it. But cant promis u anything.
only thing ive heard is they ban your console from xlive. Nothing more.
Then people buy a new console and go back on live with the same gamertag.
