can i take out a flashed drive from one of my xboxs and put it in another and will it work?

Yes. The procedure is:
Remove flashed drive from Xbox 1.
Remove stock drive from Xbox 2.
Use Jungle Flasher to extract key from drive 2.
Use jungle Flasher to spoof drive 2's key into drive 1.
Drive 1 should now work in Xbox 2.

you should still beable to extract keys from the drive, as long as it has power you can do it.
you could also dump the nand.
