Please help me to unlock the restriction code...

Nokia - 6070b
IC: 661U-RM167
IMEI# - 352256018016420
Country - Canada
Network - Fido
Previous codes attempted? N/A

I have bought it brand new from FIDO cell company in Canada, but they sell it locked no matter I have no contract nor use their services as a carrier. Now I need to use it in my home country but they have refused to unlock it for me and are forcing me to use their carrier services.

Any help is highly appreciated!
