In what can only be described as incredible, a woman in California has found her two missing children, reported missing in 1995, using the social networking giant Facebook. According to Deputy District Attorney Kurt Rowley, the children's father, Faustino Utrera ran off with the kids, but the mother found her eldest daughter's Facebook profile after searching for it a few months ago. ... While I can understand the frustration that woman had trying to find her children, the eldest of the kids didn't even seem to care whether she found her or not. Sounds like either brainwashing from the father, or either her mother did something to the eldest kid that was deemed unforgivable. Woah! Talk about some hatred there You never know what's in somebody's minds nowadays. Just a thought.

I doubt the mom did anything the kid deemed unforgivable; the kids were HOW OLD when the father absconded with them?

those of you who joke about the kids not wanting to have anything to do with their mom have no right to assume that the mom must have done something really bad. There are not enough details to know what went on. I would be devestated if someone took my kids and I would never stop looking. On another note. I have a brother who was part of our family until he was 35. We all talked to each other a couple times a week and had a close relationship. He married a gal that we all loved. Over time her true colors came out and she covinced him we were all evil and never supported him and convinced him to walk away from his 3 beautiful, teenage kids. He hasn't talked to any of us including his kids in 2 years. The power of the conversation of those you live with can not be underestimated. In the future get the facts before you judge anothers pain and devestation.

the girl doesn`t know what she is thinking or saying when she says she doesn`t want to have anything to do with her mother. She is only a stupid teenager after all...still in need of a lot of growing up to do...and until she matures she will then come to the realisation that her mother (biological one) is one of the most important persons in the world (after all....if it wasn`t for her she would not been born at all).
It also would be like someone said above the brain washing of her idiotic father. The loser is too much of a coward to run away with his kids and too much of a coward to actually tell the kids the truth, instead he runs like a coward and makes up stories. This guy should be sent to jail to get played with in the showers ^ ^

I dont know how it works in america but over here if a person over the age of 16 wants to leave home they can.they can also get government benefits providing they had a good reason for not wanting to live with their parents.
