Hello All,
I am new on burning XBOX 360 games, I downloaded gears of war 2 from internet, extracted the rar files into two files (.iso, .dvd), then I followed the exact instruction for burning DVDs.
open DVD decrypter
set layer break to 1913760
used DVD+DL
have a double layer burner (new one)
changed speed to 2X
and then when I load the .dvd file it says the program can not find the specified destination.
then I loaded the .iso, it loaded, then pressed burn, it starts to burn game, but at certain point the burning fails and an error box apears that I could not understand a letter from it.
Can any one help with this. Is the problem with the software?
your help is appreciated, thanks

most likely the disks you are using. only use verbatum disks. I know people who have problems with everything except verbatums.

I used imgburn instead, and every thing works fine, thanks for your advise.
I have another question, if I have an XBOX game in ISO format only, and I created a .DVD file from imgburn, is it gonna be burned and work?
Also, what is the difference between PAL and NTSC games and which is better?

Yes, imgburn will create the .dvd file and it will work.
PAL & NTSC are different regions. There is no difference in performance. If you live in the UK, more than likely you have a PAL. If you're in the US, you should have a NTSC. You can't play a PAL game on a NTSC console and vice-versa, unless the game is "Region Free".

imgburn does not create the .dvd file. Download ABGX and run your ISO's through that. You need to especially if you want to play on live. This will also create the .dvd file for you.

I downloded a region free game and did not work but others worked fine and they were a region free games, does the main source affect that like if it was a PAL and then converted to a region free games, may it not work properly?
that games were assassin creed 2 and pop forgotten sands, they are 2030 and 2009, but pop 2008 and GOW2 and assassin creed worked soo fine, does anyone know what the problem there
