I used the same i/o port but they didnt come back up and also i hit the eject button on my ck3 and the drive tray on my lite-on drive just stayed open i closed it manually and try the switch again and it didnt work. is there a way i can fix this or am i screwed PLEASE and help or suggestions, anything would be huge thanks everybody.

Hook the drive back up to the same SATA port. Make sure the same I/O port is selected and click Intro/Device ID. Power cycle the drive when prompted. If that doesn't work, click LiteOn Erase and power cycle when prompted.
