but you need to update your new box as soon as your card comes in otherwise you will loose your opportunity to update your sub box
is the box a d.box or a cable box eg:starview....

its my dbox2 that i lost all the chs on,it wer ok till fri,now only get sum freeview chs,so i put my proper virg** box back & that as alot more chs, i.e living,bravo ect,but that as not got the new smart card in.the old card is still in it.
