I know this might be dumb but thought I could give it a go and ask (I tried researching), but I was wandering if you can play off the transfercable with the 360 HDD connected and the transfer cable on the other end connected to the 360 ? Because the HDD blocks some air coming in from the other-side of the console.

yea, i think its just because it will only see 1 MS drive...if you were to put a 2.5 inch drive in fat32 it would probably see it as it would be an external then.
