kryptview download problem

hi guy,i have just got a A780 box and when i am putting the firmware on it keeps say downloading not reqested .i am using my laptop which is using xp .i have severalgoes and still no joy ,so guys any help would be great

If you are using a USB to serial convertor it is probably a problem with the driver you are using for it, or you have not set the com port. See this thread to help you sort it out, http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/696001 It is using Vista for the example but the steps are very simular in XP.
If you are not comfortable or still have problems it would be easier to go round a friends who has a desktop with a serial port on it, it will need no configuring.

Make sure you are using a Serial Null Modem Cable.

ffs this guy has been pm me about 20 fecking times to get this sorted and i have offered to help him with this he has not answered my last 3 pm to him so what i say is if you cant be bothered with the help dont pm me again as all will be ignored from this point forward

Its been happening a bit lately hooter007 with various sports and comedy channels etc with A780, end of the day they have always get sorted.

no downtime that i have heard of so wondering where you got this from ?? as what happened today only a bug which is in the process of been sorted
and not only ssp1 down on cable was also down on sat as well so not confined to cable problem

And that means what excatly ?? nothing to do with contradiction but im sure having 2 boxes and comming out with that statment with nothing to back it up with.
there is no outages planned for the kryptbox this week next week or any other week if there is a problem its down to a minor bug that is been sorted now.
problems can occure because of many reasons most people blame there box or the servers what about checking your providers site to see if there having problems with their service or if there is a prob in your area or someone else area.
yes ssp1 was down today that was down to server prob but was fixed at 19:21 this evening but you just cant blame everything on your box there server or your broadband when it can be a number of reasons thats all im saying

I hope this isn't the start of things to come....
SSP1 was still available on my Dbox last night but not my A780 - tonight I can't get any of the Nick chanels for the youngest flybee to watch but lo and behold they're still on the DBox?
