Oracle sued for overcharging on their software products

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has sued Oracle today, claiming that the software giant overcharged the federal government by tens of millions of dollars after not disclosing discounts given to other corporate customers. lol, the oracle is displeased with DoJ, no discounts and cookies for you. whats going be even more funny is when the DoJ looses this lawsuit.

This seems to be a common practice of Oracle. Oracle was found guilty of doing the same thing to the state of California.
